I'm impressed with your work! Nice job! And the results are very nice! A) What size holes, and what diameter dowel did you use? B) What screws did you use to mount the board to the wall? Did you verify that they went into something solid behind the wall surface? By the way, the music during the build is great!
Thanks! The holes are 1.25", same for the the dowel. You may have to use rasp (I did) to work on the holes to make sure dowel goes in easily. I think the screws were about 2" and yes, there was a stud in the wall to make sure the board is secure
man committing that assume garage. he be able do winter and summer. if wanted cover entire wall peg but i beat put other thing like chine up bar and hang boards other rock climbing holds
What kind of wood is that board? My local hardware store here in Hawaii only stocks Douglas fir in that width. I am worried that I will need a harder wood.
