Hey, FWIW the wording as to why Tomoe may have done it is very similar to Sukoya's reasoning given in their latest stream for the "legendary" stream, so if this was real it may have been more likely Sukoya was the one requesting it.

A bit of trivia: this stream was a day before Achikita's graduation. She wants to go out with a bang and this collab happened, which also demonetized her channel. When Kanae helped out he was looking for another person to play his partner, but literally nobody came, so he was forced to play both parts, to everyone's delight. He humorously lamented about this on twitter.
