Yes, we've got similar reactions from people who are living OR have lived at Crossing. They like the community and availability of everything nearby. Most of them don't like Gaur City's locality and the buzz.

Hey Radhakrishna, theft is not common here. It's safe in these terms. Electricity & Water issues are also negligible, you can say it's just like other societies in Noida Extension.
Crossing has its own police station, you will find 8-10 PCR patrolling 24/7. Its safe. There would have been couple of instances of theft but thats rarest of rare.
I suggest you either speak in english completely. Using one two words in between is fine in hindi video but you speak few sentences in english. This is irritating and may not be understood by Hindi only audience
