That is MCRD (Marine Corps Recruit Depot) I went there to watch my husband graduate from USMC boot camp! In 2008 😍 we just celebrated our 10th anniversary!! Sending our love from WA state! Semper Fidelis 🇺🇸

Funny story that marine corps base you were looking at while waiting in the airport is the same base my husband trained at when he joined the marine corps. Crazy seeing those again we were only 18 when he left to go to boot camp. That was a really rough 14 weeks. Straight out of high school and he left to go to boot camp as I waited at home for him. Boot camp more training for 6 weeks then find out he will be deployed all before we turned 20 that was very very hard. I also gave birth to our first son while he was gone in Iraq. The memories seeing those buildings brought back. Any who I love watching your channel your videos make my day!

My nephew started there at Camp Pendleton Marine Base and then transferred to 29 Palms. He served 4 years and did 2 tours over in Afghanistan. Thank God he and his entire platoon made it home safely!!

Joel, I have purchased luggage at an airport before. I really overstuffed my rolling carry-on, and one of the wheels broke off, which ripped the entire bottom plastic support off. My stuff was falling out all over the airport, so I bought luggage as soon as I found the store.

We do mission trips to Mexico all the time but we cross by Las Cruses New Mexico and El Paso Texas. The border is always a new experience no matter how many times you go. These vlogs were awesome. YOU are making a difference in the world.

Hi Bonnie. I’m 13 with two brothers a mom and a dad. My dad is from Mexico. Crossing the border back to the U.S. took over an hour and the bridge wasn’t even a mile! Ppl were all outside selling things and it was an interesting experience

I went to Mexico back in 2000. Absolutely loved it. Of course I was at a fancy all inclusive resort. lol. SO neat watching you guys go in to CA from Mexico. Thanks for sharing. So neat to learn and watch.

Joel, not like it will make any difference now but when the guy said 15 pesos in Spanish to use the bathroom you then asked him to say it in english, and he said 50 pesos, not 15... so I think YOU GOT ROBBED TWICE JOEL! Thanks God was not for a lot! hahaha I hope the peeing was worth it! hahaha

I wanted a churro all last week while my husband and I were in Cabo de San Lucas and we couldn’t find any! Not one person had any idea what we were talking about. Empanadas they had but no churros! Cabo was awesome and you need to stay at DIamonte they have a 12 acre sea water (from the ocean) pool! You can paddle board and kayak in it! The Villas are gorgeous! We bought one! We will hook you up for a week and you can use it. Great for kids and 3 incredible golf courses. Listed on Forbes magazine as one of the best places to go in Cabo! Let me know if you would like to use it next year.

The longest I’ve been at the border is 6 hours! Granted it was right after Christmas so it was incredibly packed, but it’s sure one for the books 😂 thankfully people walked around selling gasoline, bc even the first few gas stations after crossing the border were out 🤪

Laughed so hard I PEED MY DIAPER LITERALLY!!!! I love you guys and gals so much. Have loved you for 4 yrs. But have never commented until today. WAY CRAZY GOOD STUFF!!! Could not have been better if it was scripted!! This is some of your best stuff. You even scripted me into it, and didnt even know it. Right about the time Ellie peed on wrong side of a diaper I was peeing mine. If I could sit here giving you a million thumbs up I would. But IVE GOT TO GO CHANGE MY DIAPER! Love y'all!
