it is absolutely amazing that even though I'm siting here in United States. i can see some random pretty Japanese lady traveling to Thailand that i never met before but i can understand by just reading the subtitles. it crazy how far the internet has come since 1990.
A very cute girl with a sunny disposition and a great smile taking us on a tour of Southeast Asia, what could be better than that? Even when she talks about being panicked it is cute. I will send her a hug from Missouri.
@@orangeyewglad "simp" seems to be an American insult that has no traction elsewhwere... It is a very strange label to put on someone for paying a compliment....
Hi from the USA! You are a brave young lady! I continue to be concerned about your safety especially when you are alone in very remote areas. Thanks for sharing your trip. Let's go!
I admire how Yuka-chan is able to just travel unplanned like a backpacker in the 90's. The temples and her outfit were so beautiful If Potato Corner opens in Japan, I'm sure she would move in and never leave!

Thanks! Oh my Yuka, you looked beautiful in that traditional Thai dress, not quite a Kimono but it was amazing to see you in it! 👏👏👏👍😁
Yuka you are very brave and strong to do this trip with so many challenges. You reacted very well to all the unexpected issues. Also like the Potato place.
I Love it how you keep your spirits high! Brave Yuka-Chan! Thailand is a beautiful cointry but can be challenging at times when commuting. People are lovely!
Nice video, I miss Thailand. I might be visiting next month though. As a frequent traveler who has visited over 70 countries, some advice. Do some research on logistics like where to spend the night so the room doesnt have cockroaches or train/bus schedules and whether you need to buy in advance. I understand wanting flexibility and some adventure but if you are prepared, you can avoid wasting time and money during your visits. You can make a detailed plan the adjust things once you are there. Also, I visited the Philippines earlier this year and went to Potato Corner after watching your video. They sell the chicken nuggets there too. Maybe its new. They don't have the paper in the cup though.
I have watched a clip of people pulling cars for tourists for a long time. I never thought that I would come to visit Thailand. I hope you have a happy trip.❤🇯🇵
I love your videos so much! I was in Japan a few weeks ago. We stopped at the Tokyo Rickshaw place where I first saw you in videos. The gentleman we talked to was so nice. I love your country. I'm hoping to move there in a year or so.
I've started learning Japanese within the last year. I just found your channel from your GTA5 video, and I love it! Its already helping me learn the language.
Happy Birthday BEAUTIFUL!!! Como est as? Love the videos. All of them. They are very special, Thank you for making them. You look lovely in that dress!!! Feliz 23!
Its so cool to see you enjoying my favorite country. So many things to do in BKK its impossible to do in 2 days. Incidentally my Thai wife and I experienced the same thing when crossing border from Thailand to Malaysia and back. You realize its a different country when the language on the signs are different. Enjoying your videos keep up the good work Yuka-chan. ขอบคุณครับ
Yuka is very resourceful and courageous, we are happy that she found something to nibble on. Skinny as a chopstick and the appetite of a sumo😅 The fact that she is worried about not wearing any makeup shows the dramatic difference in western culture, because she is naturally pretty and if she saw the amount of makeup women in the west she would not believe it. Her sparkling personality is her very best asset!
Thanks Yuka for this Thailand video! Beautiful dress and amazing temples and one bad hotel experience! I'm a bit late for this one but i'll watch next video tomorrow!👍😊
One night in Bangkok makes a hard man humble Not much between despair and ecstasy One night in Bangkok and the tough guys tumble Can't be too careful with your company I can feel Yuka walking next to me
You are a very resourceful traveler. I’m looking forward to seeing where your adventures take you. I just found out that there is a Potato Corner near me, so I’m going to try it out next week.
Awesome. What an intrepid adventure. It was very entertaining and enjoyable watching you find your way through Thailand. Stay safe and enjoy your travels through South East Asia. I'm looking forward to watching more...And, thank you for the English sub titles.
I think its impressive that you learn english despite completely different alphabet (signs and letters) Very impressive, however Trevor from gta 5 might not be the most respectable influenser😆💙
I live in Thung Song. 😊 The city has many waterfalls. 19:30 statues are weights under the ship that came from China. When they arrived in Thailand, the stones were replaced with goods.
I am always so impressed with your bravery and adventures to new places! You are a credit to Japan, and should be paid as a travel writer and ambassador for Japan! ❤
Hi Yuka, it is always nice to see you. You had quite the adventure but it is a good vlog to show that everything is not always so smooth and direct. The palace was beautiful with the many sculptures and overpowering buildings and buddhas dwarfing you. Did you take a lot of pictures while you were there or do you just record and then get the photos from your filming? I'm impressed with how well you fit into your surroundings and really live your life to the fullest. I'm just going on to part 2 of your trip. See you there!!
Thailand video is fun and exciting and enjoyable to learn about from you hope you had a fun and great time here too which it looks like you did!! 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
From France, I really like watching your adventures Keep on thank you for make me discover Japan and Asian countries thanks for all your videos (cooking, travels, rickshaws on Japan Explorer...)
Grazie.
Because those Thai towns near the border are favorites for Malaysian tourists! Malaysians were the biggest tourist for those towns for the past 1-2 years
khao man gai is one of my favorite comfort foods! it does not matter anymore of course, since you are back home. And because you managed to do everything. But how you did the transportation in Thailand was Advanced Mode. It is the very cheap way of course. But normally tourists will use private mini vans that you book at travel agents, not at the bus stations. For example the trip from Bangkok to Cambodia (Siem Reap) most tourists take a private mini van.
Wow, Yuka. I feel your pain as you walk the treacherous heat in Thailand, but I'm happy that you are out and exploring this beautiful planet. Good luck and stay safe out there!
I really enjoy watching her blogs, her enthusiasm for everything is infectious. But her innocent naivety stresses me like a father. LOL! Coming from a comparatively safe Japan, she seems to have little idea of the potential dangers a woman travelling alone may face. I'm not saying don't travel. Of course she should, but don't go walking about at night in strange/dodgy places on your own. Just because she thinks well of everyone and wishes no harm to anyone else, doesn't mean that's going to be reciprocated by others. You're very courageous, but please be careful. Enjoy your adventures and I look forward to watching many more of them.
I get the impression that despite her sunny disposition, she probably enjoys and takes in a lot of the "local culture" as well. And the implication of that is very much intended by my loaded statement. But she comes across as wholesome and nonchalant, as that is her brand.
Sadly, there must have been lots of video of guys approaching her during her marathon walks. She must be accompanied. I can't imagine making this trip alone. What an adventure!
