Those bands that you used allowed me to take the car ride to work every morning I was pregnant, lol! Swear by them! If you ever get caught without them, though, pinch your earlobes hard - someone told me that and it actually seems to work 😅
@@cjexplores oh, btw - the best thing is fresh ginger tea - ginger root grated into boiling water with a little Manuka honey, then strained... could never have got anywhere without it ❤️ (crystallised ginger is good to carry around as a quick fix too - especially when you smell something that sets you off!)
