The l4d dead witch sound was used in a special Halloween mission in payday 2 Also the borderlands one kinda made sense as I believe they ran on the same engine
Payday 2 has a larger reference to Left 4 Dead: the entire "No Mercy Hospital" level from Left 4 Dead has been transformed into a heist location, complete with an experimental virus as the heist objective.
A canon/noncanon crossover, depending on who you ask Edit: GO Bank is Bank in CS:GO, and CS:GO had the Heisters' masks for a few years, The "Turret" and It's ammo are the TF2 level 1 Sentry.
So I was playing payday 2 and I got upgrade to mossconi that two chembered shotgun and this upgrade was called "the road killer". This thing made that shotgun a "Mad Max" refference
Ok, this one is hard for metobe specific with, but in LEGO The Lord of the Rings, there is a place in the free roam area that is just a big mound in the middle of the field, I forgot its name, and by climbing all the way to the top, you will find a collectable on a plank hanging over the edge. Getting closer to the edge will trigger a hawk sound, and looking down is a bucket of water. Its safe to assume its annother Assassin's Creed refrence
Honestly the Halo reference in Duke Nukem is hilarious not in itself but the fact it tried to shit on Halo in their worst game. That game bombed hard and tried to shit on a game doing way better (at the time).
The best easter eggs have to come from god soft They like to make nods to their realistic games, like BC, Dino period, the newest game humanity is kinda weird but alright game they made a nod to all their past games in it.
Hey, how do you get postal 4 running so smoothly? It runs like shit on my PC and I have pretty ok spec. 1660 super, i5 10400k 16gbs ram. It studders like fuck and the loading screens take like a minute
That tiny tina one is so half assed and soulless But what else can be expected from that series Like, its the most default type of parody you could do of a fantasy protagonist, having an expy show up acting all egotistocal and up their asses... even if the source material is nothing like that. The kind of parody you default to if you onow jack shit about the source material.

Evil within 2 is one of my favorite games but stupid to put on this list. Every collectible is from another game, you don’t want to put fallout, elder scrolls or wolfenstein instead of quake?
i feel like putting henry stickmin in these videos is technically cheating since the entire series is built on nothing but funny haha quirky references

Fallout 4 references quite a few more retro games. There is Missle Command, Pitfall, and space invaders, all found on different locations in-game. And there's Wasteland witch is a knock-off of... The other in-game minigame Grognak and the Ruby Ruins? There's also Nuka Tapper in FO76 witch also references a retro game, although I've forgot it's name. With the FO4 DLC Automatron, another game can be found, that being called... also Automatron. If we are to consider the minigame as a reference to the DLC it comes with, that would make all the Fallout minigames into retro references. Therefore, the games would go like this: ===Fallout 4=== Red Meanace ---> Donkey Kong Missle Command -> Atomic Command Pitfall --------------------> Pipfall Wasteland ------------> Grognak and the Ruby . Ruins ===Fallout 76=== Nuka Tapper --------> (whatshisnameidk) ===Automatron=== Automatron ---------> Automatron (the DLC referencing itself)
Hey I found a reference to a game in Unturned. In the Kuwait map, in one of the central towns in a bank there is a jammed drill from PayDay2. I don’t remember the exact places but the town is closest to the big no build zone.
