It began with the birth of the Great Beasts. Direwolf was given to the Starks, honorable and oldest of all Houses. Stag to the Baratheons, great warriors of Stormlands. And Lion. Lion was gifted to the Lannisters, who above all else desire power For within these Beasts was bound the strength and will to govern each land. But they were all of them deceived. For another Beasts were born. In the continent of Essos, in the funeral pyre of Khal Drogo, Daenerys Targaryen birthed three Dragons. To rule all World. And into these Dragons she poured her ruthlessness, her justice and her will to free all people. One Queen to rule them all.
Hahaha I like to think that Thorin... Nah who am I kidding, they wouldn't xD But, you know, I didn't think that the Breaker of Chains would burn down thousands of innocents...🤷 Anything can happen 😂
Well...that's true Dwarves of Middle-earth have long history with dragons and saying that there is 'bad blood' between them would be understatement, hell they waged war with the dragons in Grey Mountains: "... went into the far North to the Grey Mountains...; for those mountains were rich and little explored. But there were dragons in the wastes beyond; and after many years they became strong again and multiplied, and they made war on the dwarves, and plundered their works. At last Dáin I, together with Frór his second son, was slain at the door of his hall by a great cold-drake. Not long after most of Durin's Folk abandoned the Grey Mountains. " The Return of the King, LoTR Appendix A, Annals of the Kings and Rulers: Durin's Folk Though it should be noted that dragons in these two universes are somewhat different, ASOIAF/GoT dragons are more like animals, but dragons in Middle-earth are full sapient creatures, with intelligence and cunning, or as I like to joke sometimes, in A Song of Ice and Fire dragons are often beasts of kings, but in Middle-earth it is dragons who can become...Dragon-kings :) "Now the power and malice of Glaurung grew apace, and he waxed fat, and he gathered Orcs to him, and ruled as a dragon-King, and all the realm of Nargothrond that had been was laid under him." hehe, though it would be certainly very interesting crossover scenario. It would be nice fanfic to read.
For some reason I always come back to this video from time to time. This is so perfectly done. The world of Game of Thrones and LOTR/ The Hobbit are my most favourite ever. I love Daenerys and Thorin with all my heart and this crossover always makes me so happy. Thank you for this♥️
Thank you so much for this comment!! ♥♥♥ (Just so you know, I'm currently working on a LOTR x Game of Thrones crossover (completely different story than with The Hobbit) so I hope it'll make you happy just as much! ♥)
How cool would it be to actually see a real movie with both worlds merged together? I mean like I get that the queen of dragons dies but Jon still lives. Hence there is a room for some kind of sequel. Samwise Gamgee in lord of the rings also lives which left it somewhat open for another movie as well. Great things could come from this in my opinion.
OMG the mother of dragons and the king under the mountain at the ending! 5:54 😍😍 Yep! We need daenerys team up with the dwarves, then they’ll go rule the world together! It’s gonna be so cool! 😭😂😎
Omg, you everything I ever wanted! The story, the ships, the seamless editing, WOW! You did everything right, I would DIE to see this as a movie. Unlike other crossovers, here you kinda forget which scene is from which movie/show, so much harmony. You are extremely talented, please do part 3 once!! Also, at the end of part 2, you made me so happy, all those people cheering Daenerys. That is what she deserved..
Thank you so much!! 💖 I'm so glad you like it! I would love to see this as a trilogy, with Daenerys living her best life, safe in Middle Earth ♥️ I will do a part 3 the second I have a good story in mind to make, I promise! People cheering for Daenerys will always be what she deserve, so I made it my personal duty to create new stories for her ✨ Again, thank you so much for all of your kind comments!!
I wrote a fanfiction inspired by this but is quite a bit different at the same time if you want me to link you it (I saw you said you would love a link if someone happened to write a fanfic base off this and thought I would ask). Btw, I keep coming back to this quite a few times, its honestly the most well made crossover edit I have seen with Danerys in the LOTR universe. ♥
