Meet Russell! The sweetest cow who waits every day for his favorite kid to get home from school. We talked to Laerke about how Russell flies in her window to watch TV with her son 🖤 Watch more from @BubblyBlueBalloon!
@@mikasibil203 I think you might be thinking of ravens. Crows have a shorter lifespan, but maybe they could get up to that age too. The oldest crow I've heard of was 59, which is still very old! It's interesting they can live that long even if it is an outlier.
It's wonderful to see a child being raised by a gentle, attentive mother who guides his behavior instead of controlling him or making it all about herself. That's rare these days and it explains why he seems like such a happy, free spirit! Lovely bond 🥰
@@witoldschwenke9492 lmao this comment made me laugh. Ik it's sarcasm but the person who made the comment was clearly talking about the HUMAN mother. Just chuckles tho.
Fun fact: Crows are incredibly smart. They love shiny things and will gift you things back if you gift them things. They have facial recognition. This bird has befriended this toddler for life.
crows only live up to maybe 8 years in the wild...but for the next few years this bird will adore this boy adn will even try to protect him with its life....Crows are extremely loyal adn make wonderful companions
This isn't the first time a crow has chosen to protect something that could kill it. There is a story of a crow raising and protecting a kitten. I think you can find it on RU-vid. The crow would interact and feed the kitten what it found.
Ur mind works like mine. I see things and I associate a book to it lol. Just the other day we stopped to stretch our legs and I pointed to a tree in a field and I was like….ferdanand only needs his flower. My kids are used to it. My 11yr old reads on an 10th grade level. (I’d say 12th grade but those tests are what they are).
The way that crow is hopping down that dirt road beside that baby is so precious. A children’s book should be wrote about these two. That is such precious imagery
@@sarastewart9437 it's a kid bro, dont put evil where there is only innocent curiosity, a lack of knowledge about mostly anything and a kid that doesnt know his own strength compared to a smaller animal.
@@imtotallynotmute679 reading comprehension isn't your thing is it? I was commenting how sweet this was but go off if you feel the need. Next time you might want to ask an adult to help you understand the words people type BEFORE you come at them
@@Kube_Dog you are the kind of person who hits an animal with your car and doesn't take it to the vet because you want to let 'nature take its course'. Loser.
It is believed that crows have the intellect of a 7 year old and they have fantastic memory. So Russell knows Otto and will always be there for him. Crows also bring their loved ones gifts
I have three garden crows but as for gifts? So far I have a plastic rose, a dime, a quarter, endless little green apples with beak marks from being carried, and one creepy bisque doll’s arm🫣
Russell is a deceased family member. Someone who always wanted a son but never had one. This is straight love, protection. After Russell my depart, another animal will take its place. This will go on until this lil boy becomes and old man.
Their intellect is not that of a 7 year old, their ability to reason and problem solve is that of a 7 year old. Their intellect as a whole is more-so that of a gorilla.
Crows are highly intelligent, they remember faces, and how they treated them. And they pass that off to other generations of crows. Your boy is apart of their flock
Really? So there's a chance that this crows, children, grandchildren, etc. will bond like this with the boy? Even if he doesn't feed them to entice them first? Would the later generations (listed above) seek the boy out? Will they recognize the boy as he grows? So amazing to consider.
@@MTetzkeYes to all of that. Crows are amazing! And on the other hand, you don’t wanna mistreat them or make them angry cause they pass that on too. I think the fact a group of crows is called a “murder” is no accident.
This blows my mind. He’s playing with him, not waiting for food. He also crows incredibly gentle to the little boy and lets him pet him. Crazy! I need to know how this began.
Actually way more common than you think. Crows are super intelligent and very friendly. Make very good pets. They will even mimic you and words like a parrot. 😊 I am up in northern Ontario Canada
As you said, crows pass information and I’m sure you know just how smart they are. Start feeding them an I’m confident you and your so will have many good birdo memories
Can we give some props to Mama for being a responsible parent? "Even though Russell and Otto are really great friends, I never leave them unsupervised." That's how it should be with all parents, who have young children and animals in the same area. You never know *if* something could go wrong and it's best to be close by. Good job, Mama.
That’s one exceptional little boy he’s so aware of his little feathered friend and is so gentle and careful with him the bird sees his gentle and loving soul .
Dude I’m telling y’all Crows are wicked smart. They have photographic memory They can be taught advanced tricks They are natural puzzle solvers when getting difficult to reach food. And can be the best friend of a pet you’ve ever had. There loyalty is crazy and they will even defend you from others they deem a threat to you. And if you mistreat them, they remember your face. It will come back with more crows just to mess with you. And they absolutely love anything shiny.
I treat the crows w sunflower seeds and almonds. They nest on my property. I have a lot of hawks flying around. When my small animals are outside( in fenced area) the crows will scort the hawks away. It’s incredible. When I hear the crows, I know something is up. They will even let the squirrels know hawks and coyotes are around… they’re magical creatures…
@@MLK7788 Nobody was "wrong," neither the Norse nor the Christians were wrong. The Norse were very accepting, they accepted the Christian religion even though it wasn't their own, in fact they referred to Jesus as The Nailed God and never discluded him or other gods of other religions. Christians were the ones to segregate and then subjugate. The Norse didn't convert, they were converted through force, there's a difference.
My buddy who is half Native American told me a medicine man revealed that he was a crow/raven. Dont exactly know what that means, but he is very genuine and nice.
@@maxlove4073 based on the narrator's accent I'm guessing this family lives in Europe. these European hooded crows stay grey and black. :) I have befriended a family of crows too.
Crows are EXTREMELY intelligent birds. They have fantastic memories and remember who has been kind to them. Have a long happy safe life adorable Russell!!🤗♥️☘️🐾🌈☮️🇨🇦
@@Sandmann-oh7rr a lot of Native Americans prefer Native American or Indigenous American as Indian is typically used by (and for) a lot of communities in India Along with the term Indian being used by those who traveled to America (mainly Columbus if I remember correctly?) for spices/goods/etc. while believing that it was actually India
Immediately came to my mind, it’s so beautiful to watch these two beautiful spirits together ✨🪶. There is so much love from both of them, it makes my heart so happy to see they found each another 🥹. Blessed Be ✨💜✨
This is so sweet. Otto will be protected for the rest of his life. Russell will tell his family, and they will be there for Otto. People think crows are a bad sign, but they aren't. They are very intelligent birds and will always remember Otto.
yep, the there less colourful parrot type of bird, and see that can walk around the pet bird siting on there shoulder, and I think long lived bards so if he/she's a young bird, he going to around a long time 20 something years, most frend ship not last that long :-)
No wrong…. He has friends for generations to come…. Crows live for a decent amount of time and WILL teach their kids that your a friend, and they’ll teach their kids, and so on and so forth…. Honestly… not sure why training attack crows isn’t a bigger problem than it is….
And they say superstitious things about Crows. Well, it's good Baby has a friend from that realm. And the Crow speaking for the Baby: "He's my friend. So don't bother him. Or answer to me."
Hopefully NOT Alleged “Ancestors” roaming about here are just familiar spirits (our actual ancestors are dead, & the dead don’t talk, play, or monitor anyone). If any spirit is watching any of us, it should ONLY be the Holy Spirit- otherwise, it’s a monitoring or demonic spirit & idc how cute it is, it gotta go, in the MIGHTY name of Jesus! 🤷🏽♀️
My beliefs shouldn’t bother them just as their beliefs don’t bother me. I’ll never try to force anyone to believe as I do. And expect the same from them. Everyone has the right to their opinion.
That beautiful Crow is probably a very old soul that just passed away from his last human life .... please people start to understand how the universe works
My grandmother was Blackfoot Cherokee, she would tell us stories of how the crow served the Great Spirit and would transport souls to their destinations after their human life died. She would say sometimes crows would lend their bodies to good souls to visit loved ones before their journey . I'd say your young one was blessed by a elder of your family who's passed. I would feel honored to have that happen to my children. God bless
Agreed. Is there a way to introduce areas that have that attachment to make the same as elders tried back when to have work yet allowed in zones with there animals. So a slower safer style? Like they do law. Is there a attachment for this type of life style? The amazement of eye for eye could have been mistranslated. Cause the factor a eye built by one to make two is the example of the reason a law for others to be informed once a attachment of bond is created the factor of the importance of there life devotion and compassion teaching to exclaim for a brighter new ecosystemattic worl or area for the new change. Also. Those tree limbs burn per day. 21 tons. Dont forget how important the trees are elders grew many white reflective proof as the ash moon reminds us usually nightly of the we have a law of land to grow so we can keep eternal light going.
Crows are highly intelligent. They will remember you for the rest of their lives, they also remember if you’re good to them and if you’ve been bad to them.
Crows communicate with each other. Make friends with a crow and their family and friends will know. Harm a crow, and its family will hate you for generations, and they will tell other crow families.
These two are such a precious pair! I've never seen a bird do this. Crows are highly intelligent and I can't imagine this bird would ever hurt him. Russell knows he's a baby. So sweet ❤❤
I just think it's hilarious all these comments about him being an angel in bird form but can't leave him unsupervised, come back boy got pecked LOL but he's an angel right lol
@@dogearmybrian7070its not about getting attacked or pecked. They clearly get along well. But u dont want the crow touching the kid's food and stuff, that could result in diseases.
Smart parents they are. Unlike the 8 to 12 year fools in the comments section LOL. You can tell these people hide away from the real world too long or have experienced way too much trash in the world and is trying to cope by living in fantasy. Man.... how I feel for them... LOL!
That is a soul of somebody that used to be really close to the family and really wanted to meet the grandson I'm getting his time in when he couldn't or she couldn't
Otto is a special kind of soul and the bird can sense that. I had a crow wait for me every day I went to school for about 3 months till I moved away. I often wonder about that bird. How lucky to be blessed with a feathered friend ❤
This specific squirrel at my apartment would come to my window everyday after I randomly said “HIIII SQUUUUIREL!” One day. I got evicted and I know he probably still comes to my second floor window waiting for me to greet him😭
The child is the antichrist! The crow is a demon from hell!!! End times are upon us!!! They are so bold to mock us and show the true antichrist on the tube!
