Whoever decided to have her (and everyone else) participate in the main story deserves a raise. Lili and Asuka are finally doing something new since 2009, I couldn't be any happier.
It puts a smile on my face to see Lili doing something badass in an intro, haven't seen that since her introduction in Tekken DR. She's one of the most popular female characters in the series, she should be utilized more in the story and intros of the games.

It should always be eddy over Christie. Capo belongs to eddy in this franchise Those Christie stans aren’t real tekken fans anyway. They’re just casuals who want to play a sexy character. If they liked capoeira they’d be fucking with eddy but they don’t

It is really funny to me that they really included every character of the base roster except from Steve and Shaheen despite Steve being shown to be present on this exact battlefield in another story trailer. Shaheen is, well, Shaheen once again I guess. Also, with all my love to T7 and T8 OST, this song just doesn't click with me. Glorious opening otherwise, I very much dig it as a fan!
Well when characters were unlockables, you only started the base game with a few amount and had to unlock them which would equal to usually less characters than this games base total
The amount of people willingly paying extra for a character that should’ve been in the base $70 game. I didn’t buy any “legacy” characters in 7. I just play older Tekken games for that. He could’ve been in the base roster if everyone didn’t buy into this or at least come free in an update like they did back in Tag 2. But then again, Tag 2 almost killed the franchise with how little money it made so I guess it’s a sign of the times…

Honestly it feels great to see Eddy get this love. As an Eddy main we have gotten so much hatemail for playing as a "newb" character and no respect. I didn't know the community loved him!
i get why they are doing dlc is beacuase that is a brazilian character . and brazil it has around 230 million is large country the money they will make just.for that download .. here in states they dont care if eddy gordo is on the roster..
such a big scam to force you to pay for an iconic character that was always in the game, its funny they reduced game content in terms of characters nd yet they increase the price, the community really need to adress this scummy business practice.
as much as i'd love to get the extra content i think i'll skip the DLCs, my main char is already playable (Raven) and i kinda don't like the strategy of selling chars to milk more money..but i guess things evolve...ANYWAY the music is a goddamn eargasm
