Holy crap I was just at Disneyland on July 24 and it wasn't crowded at ALL! I managed to do Smuggler's Run for a 45 minute wait! Wow, good thing I went before the crowds came!

So glad you posted this. I’m so sick of the fake news that all the parks are empty. I was at Epcot last weekend while people were posting fake pictures showing the park empty. I responded with my actual real photos and videos. It wasn’t food and wine crowded, but it certainly was far from empty. Most fake photos from Epcot are within the world showcase before it opens at 11am.

Those storm troopers keeping watch should be called "Guardians of Galaxy's Edge"!

funny how one week on social media, I constantly saw people complain about how "empty" galaxy's edge is. now just recently, im starting to see people complain that its too crowded in galaxy's edge.

Glad to see they are getting a bit of crowd there. I'll probably wait awhile to see the Florida version after it opens. So much stuff happening in the next few weeks from MNSSHP to HHN, plus the regular fall haunt stuff and Gatlinburg Harvest Festival. Things sure are busy starting in August. Can't wait to see your Orlando video of this attraction.

I agree that both Saturday and Sunday July 27 and 28 were busy summer days at Disneyland. I loved blue milk for my first try in Oga's Cantina.

Was in Disneyland Park Monday, July 22 at 8am opening. Walked on all rides for the first 4-5 hours. No fast or max passes. Danced around in circles in front of Pirates...out of pure joy of how empty the place was. Did wait 40 minutes for Smuggler's Run...very do-able! Must stop at The Galaxy's Edge Milk Stand. Blue tastes like mixed berries. Green is like Fruity Pebbles.

Well maybe there’s hope for Galaxies Edge just not “A New Hope “.

I was just there wed-fri. First visit to DL was very excited to see Galaxys Edge. The look of everything is incredible. the park got exceptionally busy during the time I was there. Wednesday the crowds were okay. By the time I got to Friday however it had picked up to areas where you were running elbow to elbow with people. Excited for it to come to WDW though I will have to wait until later in the fall to visit!

Hopefully Toy Story land will clear out once this opens in FL.

I'm still annoyed at the fact that they kept the peak $149 ticket price for like the past two months. Even though the park was definitely not at max attendance. Rather wait a couple months to go in the fall, save some cash and get to roam the park when the weather cools down.

This and all the other videos have left me feeling that there isn't anything to see in Galaxy's Edge that would be worth a wait in line. No line and small crowd ... I'll check it out but otherwise no way.

Was at Disneyland yesterday, the park was not empty but it was not “packed” by any means. Disneyland had rides of 25-30 minute waits which is good but not packed. I believe there were some competitions and conventions that drew some crowds and DCA seemed like more people were there. So my assumption is that Disney lifted some of the blockout dates so it had lots of people visit but not Disney crowded. Galaxys edge in the morning has a lot of people but smugglers run throughout the day goes down to a 45-50 minute wait.

Wow that was a brutal line for sure haha. Thankfully that ride has great capacity, can’t wait to see the opening out in Florida. 😁

I am going to miss the passholder day at WDW since annual passes are out of my price range. Anyway, I will be at WDW from Sept 7 - 12th staying in a Disney hotel where they give those extra hours for Hollywood Studios where we will be making our visit to Galaxy's Edge then.

It is interesting that one can always tell what part of the country are in by what you are doing a daily blog about.

I went on Wednesday and I was only in the line for the star wars ride for around 25 minutes.

The Sunday after vidcon When I went, it was extremely crowded. Shoulder to shoulder with all the park guests.

When most people want to join in the hate train and calling this land a failure cause of low attendance....

Smugglers Run is very long line after Rope drop . I’ve seen that on many days since it’s opening.Two hours later it drops to its normal weight time of 65 to 70 minutes.

It certainly is getting more packed. I went on Monday & Tuesday. Galaxy’s Edge has never been too crowded though, at least when I went.

I love Florida with my dad and my sister and her husband and kids too

Was there 2 weeks ago for 3 days..wait time max 85mins..we were not going to wait that long... did single rider instead..30 min wait...come to find out the ride was ok..I wouldn’t wait again. Thank you for your vids. 👍

The line for Smuggler's Run stretched all the way back to Terre Haute!

Haven't visited Galaxy's Edge in person, but based on the million videos so far it strikes me as mildly interesting ... sorta like all the various scenery around the park that fills in the space while one is checking out the cool attractions.

Went on a Wednesday a few weeks ago. First smugglers run was hour wait...then went around 1130pm before we left and wait was 5 minutes!

We are Florida AP holders, that got a preview time slot on the 17th from 1-5. Maybe we can catch you coming out of your time slot before we do ours, to meet you. My son has watched a lot of your videos.

Is there anywhere you can get a blaster rifle in the park? Does a blaster come with the 6 grand trooper outfit? Lightsabers are cool but there's nothing like a good blaster by your side.

I was there yesterday as well waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for smugglers run.

Are the crowds now heavier at Disneyland compared to when Galaxy’s Edge first opened? I know the park radically changed their admission fee from $179 to $99 which brought out larger crowds. But, l it seems they denied the issue in having lower crowds as they stated in the news they had a “good reason” for the significant drop in crowds during the June/early July season.

So glad I was able to go see Galaxy's Edge while it was empty :)

All the radio stations here in LA are giving away free pairs of tickets for being the certain number caller all day for the past 2 weeks.

Still not a crowded as it should be. And that was the morning rush. Not for a billion dollars spent! One line for one ride. You can get that long at opening for Racers on a regular day. Old ride vs. brand new ride? Same results and spent more per ride!

Did they not have a crate with 83 on it??
