How do I continue to use my wristband light after the event is over? It won’t turn on when I push the button. This seems like a huge waste to resources and is not environmentally friendly. It would be better to be able to continue using it and replace the battery rather than throw the wristband away contributing to a pile of trash. #sustainability #savetheearth

Just hold the power button for a couple of seconds it should work. The band will turn different colors when you press the buttons.

Can I sync with SMPTE?

DMX console can be SMPTE sync'd, from there you interface to the Crowdsync adapter.
