That's nonsense. A frequency is the number of vibrations a sound produces per second. If you upload this sound to YT and/or play it, this frequency does not change in any way. Because when you change the frequency of a sound, you also change its pitch. And believe me, if YT changed the pitch of my music (for whatever reason...), I'd be the first to notice! 😄 Hope this helps! 💜
