The crown chakra, also called “Sahasrara” is generally considered the seventh primary chakra and is located directly at the crown of the head. Sahasrara is said to be the most subtle chakra in the system, relating to pure consciousness. It is from this chakra that all the other chakras emanate.

Just as the root or first chakra connects us to Mother Earth, the crown chakra is our connection to the Universe. it gives us access to higher states of consciousness as we open to what is beyond our personal preoccupations and visions. The energy of Sahasrara allows us to experience mystical oneness with everyone and everything in nature far beyond intellectual knowing.
A blocked crown chakra can provoke feelings of loneliness and insignificance, a feeling of being excluded from the spiritual side of life, the lack of connection to a higher energy. The result is a deep state of unworthiness and abandon.
With a healed, balanced and opened crown chakra, we live in unity consciousness and experience ourselves as boundless, unlimited and all-encompassing. We understand and comprehend the world beyond our mind. We feel connected to the spiritual world to such an extent that fear and anxiety within are alien to us. We have found deep inner peace in the bond with divine love.
The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequency our crown chakra can resonate with, is 480 Hz.
For this meditation and/or sleep music, all instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 480 Hz. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 480 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 480 Hz after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of this particular chakra frequency.
