This is awesome. I’ve sailed past this house for the past 10 vacations when we’ve stayed nearby and always wondered why the building was empty and run down. Saw building work start on it a couple of years ago and now look at it! Nice car collection too 😍👍🏼

There's nothing in Florida that you can't find in CALIFORNIA..... there are mansions like the one this video in CALIFORNIA too.... northern Los Angeles county has plenty of this style of mansion.... Orsnge County has alot too....and does San Diego....

Tough sell for cape coral, much easier to move a home like this in Naples or marco island. Original poster knows exactly why too. This home has been listed or relisted for quite a while.

Yes, completely out of place. This is like a lottery winners house or someone who won a large lawsuit. Leave the house and it's duplexes crime tattoos and trucks with lift kits and loud exhaust

@@bertram46 Guess you've never been there. This house is in Cape Harbour and is surrounded by other very nice homes. The next door neighbor sold for $3.5M in 2021. Neighbor on the other side is available for $4.0M and several are for sale in the $2.5M range nearby.
