Yes, once all of the ads are dead, the next set of ads with spawn right away. After 2 sets of ads are killed, the crystals spawn, and the cycle repeats. This entry in particular is the fastest anyone has done it. It was our personal best.

@@Potato-adept I don't know, I went and looked at some of my own footage of the encounter, making a note of where crystals spawned (for the middle group, as that is always my role), and it was different with each wipe/attempt. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you meant

The crystals work like this: The first spawn and the second to last spawn of crystals for the encounter will always be the same. Also, until the final round, the crystals can never spawn in the same spot twice. So there are 2 spawn you know 100%, and after that you can process of elimination and guess where they might spawn.

They spawn clockwise from whichever area it starts with. If a crystal is at dog, the next crystal will be in purple, after that in the front.

@Riptide Rapid There's is no bloom on PC tho, and that makes a huge difference. That's why Thorn is trash on Console and amazing on PC

Bboybolt that isn’t true at all, there’s bloom on both, the only aiming change from console to PC is “aim stickyness” and “ADS auto aim” one just decreases sensitivity while near or on enemies, the other locks onto enemies while aiming your sights down to keep the reticle on point

@@StealthDino Well yeah, exactly. It's invalid due to game changes that affect this run. Imagine slicing through something with a sharp sword and giving anyone who want to beat you a wooden stick. Unfair to say the least.

Mr Ununpentium still valid, you must be new to speedrunning but changes in the game does not affect any speed run no matter how old it is

@Crimson speed run is only valid when they do all encounters so its not valid speedrun

You can do an any% run which is get the objective done with any exploits on game but no third party software

The encounter is technically completed as it rises all the pistons at once, its just no rewards are given. By speedrun.com standards, it is a valid run.

Lol... Because skipping a section makes a speedrun invalid... You need to look up the rules for the speedruns. There are different categories usually, such as "glitchless" and "no-skip". This means there are multiple official ways to speedrun a level/game.
