Very good tutorial. Clear and concise. Everyone knows that treating real patients in the real world presents many compromises, however it is important to aspire to doing the job as well as possible in your own circumstances, so to have a clear idea of your technique what you're aiming for is essential. Are kits available with the burs included in this demonstration?
Dear Prof. Thank you very much for your great video. Pls help me: Which is better handpiece system for this preparation: electric vs air-driven handpiece? Best regards
You do have to love the way in which dental school faculty explain these procedures. They almost always take five times longer than one has in private practice. And although I do not have personal experience, it is my understanding that the reimbursements in NHS dentistry are shocking indeed, and I'm sure only the most talented clinicians can avoid a sacrifice in quality in order to meet time constraints. It is, of course, the patient that suffers most.
Unfortunately, the technique is completely outdated and the steps of preparation are in the wrong order, which makes it even more difficult to use this technique.
