Crown Prince of Denmark visits Higashi matsushima 

Japan welcomes leaders from around the world. On October 10, His Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark visited Higashi Matsushima, Miyagi. In March 2011 the tsunami following the Great East Japan Earthquake devastated the town. Immediately followoing the desaster, His Royal Highness gathered relief donationsand visited Higashi Matsushima to encourage the people affected. This time, he visited the town again to see for himself the progress made with reconstruction. All the people of Higashi Matsushima wish to return the kindness shown to us by Denmark by making firm progress with reconstruction and further deepening exchanges with Denmark.
