Last week I was staying in Creetown for the week. We visited many places in the area, Newton Stewart, Wigtown and down the Mull of Galloway to mention a few. I’m sure we passed your ‘ice cream’ farm. I can heartily confirm that the scenery is stunning with the rolling meadows, cows everywhere, lochs, forrests and inlets of water. A truly beautiful area. Cafe rendezvous in Wigtown has delicious cakes and lunches 😬.

The sun in Scotland❤. You were so right about traditions. for the dogs try using the word off instead of down. at least an hour dog training down means to lie down, and off means just that. It's a whole different language, and I still goof up occasionally.

My daughter had a dog that was LC (for little cow). She had the markings of a dairy cow.

You trim the hoof to have an arch like people's feet have, so that area is like a shock absorber to keep the inside of the foot from damaging it's self.

It's called "Anxiety" Graham. Folks with normal levels of anxiety don't feel uncomfortable. It's not that people are going to think that you think you're all that and a bag of chips you just have a higher level of anxiety. So remember that and say it's just my anxiety. Focus on that you got a little bit more than everybody else that's all it is. If you can take anything to counter it it'll help. I used to be so afraid of getting up and doing speeches I would not do them I couldn't even do karaoke. Actually deal with depression and after I started taking happy pills those feelings are some of the ones that just faded away. Now I wouldn't think twice about getting up and saying something in front of people. All the terror I felt before was just because my brain doesn't make enough of a certain chemical that helps regulate how freaked out you get when you talk in front of people! Nothing to do with me or what I think or what anybody else thinks it's just the way our brain works. Hope that helps good luck!
