Seems Manila Philippines is always the lucky charm of European beauty queens! MU1974 won by Amparo Munoz from Spain MU2016 won by Iris Mittenaere from France only MU1994 won by Sushmita Sen from India hails in Asia (which also the start of Indian dominion in beauty pageants in the 90s)

Well, I think it is based on how the candidates perform during the preliminary competition, interviews, and other activities that can seal their spot in the semi-finals. That's how the same countries in MU enter the list. But, yeah, I'm also hoping for countries that had never entered the semi finals. 🙌
