I cannot blame Ms Venezuela that she didn't know that she was the winner because of the hosts. They were in a hurry to annouced the winner.

Ugh I’m annoyed at how rushed everything was 😩 and how Olivia just put the crown on her head instead of fitting it in properly 😩 but it’s so cute how she was so surprised when she realised she won 😍😍

Venezuela explained this moment, the sound on stage went out when the hosts were announcing the winner. Spain and her could not hear anything, it was only when Olivia went on to crown her when she realized that she was the winner.

Spain shouldve won that night but good thing Gabriela did so well during her reign. One of the most hardworking Miss Universe's ever.
