Second is in some tests of end point no calibration curve is drawn.. just a concentration of STDs is sufficient to apply in formula then in which tests calibration curve is drawn.. Plz reply sir
For kinetic method and programming a semi auto analyer i have 2 videos in my channel where I have covered both the topics. I have a video on standard curve also. Pl go through it. Lastly if a test has a good linearity then one standard is req. If the linearity is not much as in hormone assay, we make a standard curve
My hs CRP is 30.4 and my ecg and echo cardiography reports are normal. Age is 31. Cholesterol is borderline high. I showed it to 3 different specialist and nobody is responding for it correctly. My body is measuring this high crp from 2 years approximately. Infact, one doc asked me to ignore. I don't know whom to approach now. Would be glad if you can guide 🙏
Big clinical hype. High levels of hs crp on the long run predict occurrence of heart disease. If u think inflammation think crp If u want to think of risk of heart disease and as of now u are fine with no fever/ rheumatoid arthritis etc then he crp will predict if u have a risk of developing heart disease in the coming 10 yrs

Yes. Covid causes inflammation and that increases ha crp level. However that is something of the past. So he created is not a heart risk factor. However a high trig is not good. Need to consult a physician/cardiologist.
