Why does the thought of being successful scare me?? I noticed my thoughts are coming in as, if I’m successful, then my life will be so unpredictable and unbearable and will I be overwhelmed? Working like a dog? Please help me with this. I’m an alternative baker, making vegan and keto gluten free. It’s a very physically demanding job and I’m already in my mid 50’s! How could I handle the high demands? I want to be able to see this in a better light for my success!

My apologies on reading your comment and answering. I was listening to her video and saw your comment. From the sounds of it you have a subconscious program(belief) that says being successful is hard. Did you perhaps witness a caregiver work really hard for the success or money they received? I would recommend working on feeling safe with the idea of making money easily as well as the feeling of success being safe. I’m assuming initially this exercise may cause tension so lean into that tension and find out where it comes from. Lovingly reframe those experiences by switching your perspective(take it from being difficult to being easy). Do all this well focusing on the feeling of safety within your body. The subconscious doesn’t rationally understand things the way our conscious mind does, so it’s important to focus on the feelings you want to feel if your goal was achieved (that being successful is amazing, wonderful, safe, etc) I hope that helps.

You need to hire support and start stepping into the role of a CEO. Allow yourself to receive support. It was the best thing I ever could have done for myself. I am 52!!
