Pastor Tony Yolamu Nyirenda is the incumbent President of the Seventh Day Adventist in Malawi. He was elected President of the Malawi Union Conference on Monday ,15th November, 2021 at Linde Motel in Mponela, Dowa where the Conference's session took place.
He shares his past, growing up as a delinquent teen, drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. He later gave his life to Christ when he went to a CCAP Church revival service. He later had three peculiar and vivid dreams which made him instantly join the Seventh Day Adventist church where he has grown and has risen through the ranks up to becoming its president.
In the interview he talks about a range of issues including how the church plans to revamp its activities in the education and health sector.
