You can choose bakery separately. Bakery ke liye bhi some basic kitchen related questions same honge, but then Bakery related advanced question they will ask you like, Types of bread Bread making process Types of flour, sugar, fat , yeast etc. International breads etc. If you'll choose pastry department question will be related to that.

Can you tell me more like what training you wants to ask ? Like before joining you've to do STCW & after you join the ship there will be a different training like ship safety & familiarization , emergency duties & department related training.
That depends on the post which you are applying. There will some basic Questions like Types of Menu, Alcoholic & Non alcoholic beverages, Types & way of service, wine pairing etc. If you are applying for Manager or Higher post, then the question be like, Staff management, departmental coordination , menu planning these kind of questions will be asked.
Can you tell me one thing, I did an Recruiter Call interview for assistant cook via Hirevue on 23rd of June. It was my second interview after the Self Assessment interview. The interview went very smoothly and the interviewer said that he'll be sending an job offer letter and I need to accept that job offer. I am still waiting and no mail till now. My application status on the carnival cruise career website says "Recruiter Call". How long does it take normally to get a job offer letter??
