We are sailing on her in Feb 2025 for the Hawaiian Circle sailing. We stay in a Neptune Suite with HAL. Did an Aft Balcony Neptune April 2024 on Koningsdam and enjoyed it. Not sure about across the Pacific, could be a rough trip. The only drawback to an Aft room is the walk to other parts of the ship. For us it was the Neptune Lounge, mid ship. Thanks for,sharing.
I am taking this cruise on the Koningsdam to Hawaii in January 2024 and I noticed that you stayed at the Intercontinental in San Diego. How close to the ship did that put you? Did the hotel have a transfer to the port available?
The ship is right in front of the hotel, a walk for 100 meter, cross the street. There is no transfer from hotel to ship otherwise than by foot, or you have to take a taxi or Uber.
