I will be. I am penciled in for the Horizon. I am just waiting to get my Russian Residency Visa approved before i can fly back, and then i can fly in and out of Moscow to join ships. Russell :)
@Eric hendren Thanks. That's very encouraging. my other channel has some Moscow videos as well. that was really the plan whilst i was here waiting to go back, but its very slow to build an audience on that channel.
Its a tough question to answer really. i lean on the side of medical advice. i really think in the near term, like in the next year or two these rules in place now are going to stay as is.
