Thank you very much for the Elvis drive thru! You know you can brew your tea the night before, mix it with your sweetener of choice put it in the fridge overnight so it will be cold in the morning, fill one of those half gallon insulated cups with ice, lemon and your tea and you will be set. If you drink more tea than that, get two cups- they keep your tea cold all day. It only takes about 5 minutes to make it. :)
Oooo baby...the Scout 🤩 I had a dream once with Elvis in it...I danced with him standing on his toes like lil kids do...one of the strangest dreams I ever had. So strange. 🤷♀️
Hey my friend I see somebody already made the comment about Tupelo Hardware being the place that Elvis got his first guitar. It was at the Crossroad they're in town. Also I need to point out that you missed making a comment on the 63 Chevrolet panel truck that you passed. Those things are pretty hard to find nowadays too. By the way the auto museum that was commented on in Tupelo is worth a stop. Finally if you're still looking for something to eat, you wait until right at sunset Elvis shows up in person and plays guitar in front of Tupelo Hardware. He leaves his guitar case open in one side you throw dollar bills and on the other side you can take out a Twinkie. Thank you thank you very much.
I rarely get to downtown Tupelo, as we lived in the newer north area (Barne's Crossing). Now we live about 30 minutes north in Booneville. I'm glad you stopped to see Elvis's birthplace home. TINY little thing.
Used to live there many years ago . . . sure has changed. Elvis' birthplace is way different now with all the stuff around it. Used to be just the house. Gee I wonder would they let you dig up his yard to search for artifacts?? Thanks for the videos. Really enjoy them!
Wish I had known you were passing through. I would have loved to met you. Since you were there you should have went to the Tupelo Auto Museum. Also, Tupelo Hardware were Elvis's first guitar came from. You should have stopped at the Hamburger joint, Johnnie's Drive Inn across from Bancorpsouth where Elvis loved to eat.
We live 15 miles south of Tupelo between Plantersville and Nettleton MS. I wish had known I would have liked to have met up for a coffee and conversation. Like we knew each other ahhahahah

At 8:52 the 3rd building on the right just past the red light is Johnnys drive in where Elvis use to like to eat they say. I’ve never seen him in there myself and we stop in there every blue moon 🌚
