This is a particular recipe of Chin Chin made with milk and no egg involved. It is so delicious and crunchy that you can eat it all day long. Try this Milky chin chin and let us know how yours came out.
( In this one, I use only 4 cups of flour.)
Ingredients,
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of grinded nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 big kitchen spoons full of sugar ( or as you wish)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Groundnut oil
2 teaspoons of instant yeast
butter
1/2 cup of liquid milk ( or depending on the quantity of flour )
Mix all together and fry.
