Ppl over look crush and his genius play on words. When he says "odi odi odi ohio" its a play on "어디" or "어디야" which means "where?" or "where are you?" Thats why after he says this he says "im not fine" because hes admitting that he is looking for her. Also in his song Cereal when he saying Cereal it can also be "surreal" "shes real" or "so real".... im just saying, this man is genius.

처음엔 춤 추는게 귀엽다고만 생각했는데 , 가사도 다시 곱씹어 봤다가 뮤직비디오 속의 크러쉬를 보며 든 생각은 결국 이런 감정인 것 같다. 서른이 되었을때의 그 불안하고, 뭔가 더 나은 어른이 되어 있지 못한 자괴감 비슷한 기분, 그래도 나 생각보다는 괜찮은 사람인데 하는 뒤죽박죽인 생각들이 저런 정형화되어 있지 않은 춤이나 행동으로 보여준건 아닌가 하는.. 그리고 무엇보다 집에서 신난 노래 틀어놓고 스트레스 푸는 내 모습 같아서 너무 좋아! ㅋㅋ 이미 서른도 훌쩍 넘어 서른 다섯이 되었지만 철 없지만 멋진 어른으로 살고싶다.

이거 완전 길거리에서 노래 들으면서 내적 댄스를 흔들어재끼는 나잖아..

1.차 한대조차 없는 지하주차장에서의 몸부림= 밑바닥에서 시작한 아무도 듣지않던 자신의 음악 2.엘리베이터 속 홀로 갇힌 느낌의 외침으로 혼자 외로이 음악을 이어나가는 모습과는 반대로 위로 올라가게 된 느낌 3. 처음은 마냥 밝은 모습만 보이나 무대위의 순간까지 오르며 좌절의 표현이 점점 들어가있는만큼 내면의 나약함이 들이닥쳤었다. 4. 무대 전 극도로 고뇌하는 모습을 보여주나 화려한 무대에서는 정색하는 표정으로 도무지 이해할 수 없는 몸부림을 보여준다. 이는 자신은 누구 하나라도 들어주길 바라며 몸부림 치나 다른사람 눈에는 차갑게(없는 관중) 보이는 시선의 괴리를 나타낸듯하다. 한줄평: 광대노릇에서 오는 현타와 예술인의 고뇌를 나타내는 뮤비같음

크러쉬님이 라이브에서 말했듯 춤에 여러가지 감정들을 녹여낸 게 보여요. 나를 봐달라는 느낌도, 동시에 수많은 랭킹과 관심, 평가 말고 사랑하는 사람들과 자유롭게 춤추고 싶어하는 느낌도, 그리고 이걸 보고 있는 우리들도 잠깐 신나게 추고 답답함을 풀어냈으면 좋겠다고 전달하는 느낌이에요! As he said in his comeback live, it seems like so many emotions are implicated in the performance. He wants to keep being in the spotlight whilst he wants to be free from all the ranking/criticism/pressure and just spend his time with people who he cares. Can feel he wants us to leave all the boredom back and dance as well. Thank you for the song crush 🥰

Why do I feel like he's not singing about anyone but himself, the video is like in stages - I'm talking about stages to make oneself feel ok. Starts from the bottom, which is the basement parking and he heads upwards - through the staircase also notice the dance moves in both these situations he's falling, drooping a lot which can also mean whatever is on his mind is doing it's best to bring him down but he is not giving up and dancing through it all. Then we see him getting into a service elevator - can signify he took a quicker, easier way to happiness (drugs, alcohol, etc) and it's not working out for him - you see him going crazy and all over the place inside the service elevator. But he somehow found his footing and made to out of the elevator. You see him being stable and stable, his moves are now defined and confident and he looks more in control now heading towards the stage/performance area. We finally see him rise (literally) from his worst time (lifting up on stage) he's finally realized how music has always been helping him through his indecisive times and now on stage even though the moves looked frantic and all over the place, he is where he should be on-stage, making music and performing. Just you know, what I thought ...I might be overthinking!

Storyline I kinda got from this: As Crush progresses through the song, he tries to dance in a building. The dance seems somewhat practiced and rehearsed- there’s some type of structure. This mirrors the lyrics “I told you I was fine, even if I had to remind you”- he keeps telling everyone he’s ok but in reality it’s all rehearsed. The lyrics “I’m not fine, girl, I know” continues to be mentioned in the chorus (I think it’s the chorus), the dance Crush is doing becomes a little more erratic and less uniform. (EDIT: I found that before he gets into the lift the lyric “I’m fine, I’m alright” changes into “I’m not fine I’m not alright, girl, I know”. Same chorus, different ending lyric- slowly accepting his anxiety) When he’s in the lift, he loses himself- juxtaposition in the camera angles, flashing lights. But when he reaches his destination, he makes the choice to keep dancing but it turns more into a frenzy than a dance. I guess the lift represents his inner monologue of questioning if he should keep pretending and dancing the rehearsed ‘dance’. (EDIT: At the end of the lift segment, the lyric “I’m almost 30” signifies the end of his meltdown. Acknowledging that he is seen as an adult brings him back to reality and his anxious thoughts stop temporarily. Anxiety and Depression are normally discovered during your adolescence periods, but as an adult you’re seen as someone who “has their life together”- adults don’t talk about their feelings) When he gets to the stage, there is no crowd. The stage could represent the show he has put on for people in the past, telling everyone he’s ok. But he accepts his feelings and ‘dances’ on the stage- moving rapidly, falling on the floor. His movements represent his final acceptance that he needs help. (EDIT: the lyrics “I wanna make you feel much better, wanna make you feel like woo” could be the response of the girl Crush is venting to. The girl has heard his call for help so in response wants to help him)

This song is a blessing. His dance moves were so relatable, esp at the end on the floor...I FELT that. 2020 has been a weird year for sure. The world's as messed up as our feelings. However, the world can be a beautiful place too. We're stuck here but we're trying our best. Also, we got great music coming from artists like Crush which makes this world waaaaay better.
