Hello dear ones! How are you? Today I propose you a really easy and delicious dinner saving recipe. This CRUSHED VEGETABLES is made in a few simple steps. It's not the usual vegetable crush because with this provola and bacon seasoning it will be even more delicious and even children will like it a lot!

250 g of courgettes
200 g of potatoes
100 g of carrots
100 g of spring onions
basil
50 g of parmesan
150 g of flour
200 g of water
20 g of extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
corn flour (I recommend toasted corn flour for breading)

150 g of provola
180 g of bacon
