..well, there was some stuff that didn't make it that I would have saved, and, frankly, a few that were saved that I wouldn't have bothered with..THAT SAID, I think EVERYONE dedicated to and interested in saving the dwindling supplies of classic cars and trucks owes Heart Of Texas Barn Finds and Classics a BIG Thank You for taking on a massive project like this, and saving all those that were saved when, otherwise, they may ALL have been lost!..I hope you were well compensated for your efforts and made good money off this!😊.. Keep it up, I hope you find other "collections" like this you can get involved with 🙂

Thanks Thomas, you saved some good cars and crushed a few good ones also!! You should advertise that you can organise this type of clean up, you and Adrian (peewee?!!) done a great job, i'm sure the scrappers as well as the owner appreciated it! Is your yard full yet? Would love to see what you saved for yourself!

You did an amazing job trying to save what’s savable the cars that got crushed we’re done they probably gave what they could over the years it’s sad seeing these cars go but no choice keep up the good work we need more people like you to save what we can so those who complain about crushing go out to a scrapyard and save an old car like I did stay safe

..yeah, I know...made me flinch!..even them rough ones were worth more, in my mind, than any Pinto, Pintostang(Mustang II), 4 door Olds Delta 88's, Datsuns, EXP's, etc....lots of good doors, glasses,dashes, grills, bumpers, tailgates, trim, etc...even some salvageable cabs and beds went to waste there...maybe that stuff is worth less in Texas for some reason?..couple of bumpside('67-'72) Fords were worth saving that weren't, also...

Great work you guys. I see Pete allready chose his Christmas tree for this year. Thanks so much for saving all those cars for there respective owners. And forget the complaints. If the could do the the job so much better, then why did't they DO it. Instead of bitch about it. Thanks for sharing this adventure, i enjoyed it very much. ..352..that's not a bunch of copper wire in there, is it?..if so, it's probably worth more than the crushed truck..but if it's aluminum wire, meh.....

Absolutely my friend it is so sad to see the old American classic cars that are being crushed and going away when there's so many people trying to save cars that could use parts I wish there could be one giant junkyard in the US for old American iron parts that people could use in tomorrow Tomorrowland but you know youngsters aren't doing older cars anymore like we did when we were young great comment partner

..YEP!...I was scratching my head, looking at that K-car,Datsun, Pinto, Vega sitting there...when so many '67-'72 Chevy trucks didn't make it..the fact the K-car was pretty straight and the trucks were mostly fairly rough, didn't change my assessment...

Its sold.. Trucks were trash. and its not my stuff.. had to let go of what i had to.. 67-72 are my fav truck.. crushing them was hard and not what I wanted
