Crushing Hammers With 300 Ton Hydraulic Press inside our new concrete bullet proof bunker with bullet proof windows and ar500 roof and door! The hammers exploded with such a force that it generated seismic waves / local earthquake resulting in noise pollution and shaking windows around the neighborhood :D So don't try this at home!
You can now buy your own hydraulic press through us! Press inquiries hpc@profipress.info
Here is the link where you can check out standard Profi Press models rhtc-workshoppress.com/ and if you need special custom made machine just send email and Profi Press engineers will design machine that suits your needs.

Pro-tip. To find damage on the walls easier, paint it first one angry color, then a second white color. When you damage the wall, the bottom layer of paint will be exposed more visible.
@anteshell
@anteshell 2 месяца назад
There's a slight problem in that. If the concrete wall cannot take these hits, how do you think a layer of paint would? A better way would be to do it like they do with shooting targets: paint it with a bright colour only. Then the hit points would show up as dull grey as the paint disintegrates from it.

Camera Hire Technician here. That NANLITE soft box will just get more holes, the more you crush. Take off the soft box COMPLETELY and save that as it’s quite expensive. Get yourself a Roll of F2 / 250 Frost lighting Gel on a roll. (Around €60) Gaffer tape a 2 foot by 4 foot piece to a metal square, it’s called a Trace Frame if you Google it. When something blows through it, just cut another piece off that roll and replace it. (You’ll get about 6 frames out of a roll) It’s going to be more cost effective doing this due to all the shrapnel flying round. (You could even make it a 4 x 4 frame and give that light a little bit more protection) Hope this helps.
@eldoradoboy

stuff might just blow therough the gel and the box.. maybe a new piece of plexi in front ? shouldnt cause too much modification t othe light for something like this where absolute color isnt important.. those nan 500's put out quite a bit of light to overcome the loss through the plexi.. at least its a godox box which isnt as pricey as the nan
@chr1998is
@chr1998is 2 месяца назад
@@eldoradoboy For protection, maybe but heat is the issue. It will melt that plexi in no time if it’s in front of that LED. (I’ve seen many protective caps returned melted when not removed before striking) It’s not meant to protect it, it’s just a beneficial secondary perk to having a trace frame set up. If stretched tightly on the frame like a drumskin, it can absorb a fair amount of impact, as long as it not sharp. Me and work colleagues used to see if we could punch and kick through the old Trace Frames. We ALL failed.

Suggestion = paint or mount a scale on the wall (even simple measured black and white stripes) and position it so they are in frame of the cameras, then we can get a feel for how much things jump. At 10:23 when the machine jumps in slow-mo, it is hard to get a feel for it jumping against the solid gray background. Edit: Or just mount the scale sometimes for the "big" crushes, so it doesn't distract during simple crushes.

It's stupid as hell when Amerikunts refer to any one of the 50 US "states" as if it's a country. If a foreigner on the other side of the world asks you where you're from, and your answer is something like "Phoenix, Arizona!", then that foreigner would have every right to shoot you. Last time I checked, Russia is a country, but "Pennsylvania" is not. Hear that, idiots at the sensationalist DailyMail? Even with the global presence of KFC, I'm pretty sure no one in countries like Bangladesh knows what a "Kentucky" is. No, "California" is not a country either. It's merely a subnational territory within a country. Your stupid comment is way too US-focused and US-centric. The US-centric mentality plaguing the internet is a deadly consequence of the USA existing in its own little bubble, isolated from the rest of the world.

I wonder if bolting the machine to the floor will increase the deadliness of the projectiles. 5 tons of steel jumping up must be absorbing a lot of the energy that is released when things break!
@-Keith-
@-Keith- 2 месяца назад
Doubt it. The hammers would still reach the same failure pressure, and the explosion happens so quickly that the debris is already clear of the press before the press jumps off the ground as a result of the sudden drop in resistance. Bolting the press to the floor would transfer the uplift forces directly into the slab which, depending on the thickness of the slab and the size of the bolts, could be even more catastrophic for damage when you have several tons of force trying to lift the slab up in a few thousandths of a second. Edit: the slab would need a significant rebar detail for the top mat to stop it from cracking apart, because the top of the slab would be subjected to compression forces from supporting the weight of the machinery on top of it, to suddenly becoming subject to massive tension forces as the machine's uplift attempts to lift up the slab. Without some serious rebar on the upper layer, I could see the slab cracking on an experiment like this.

How far away are neighbors?

Maybe 30 meters from the press? The soils is quite good on carrying sounds you can also here the milling machine on their house through the ground if you are machining hard material

This was a lot of energy released in so short of time, I like your spring idea, Lauri, I think you should add shock absorbers (similar to a car or truck suspension) as well. A press that heavy shouldn't be rocking or swaying around. Great video my brother, it's awesome to see your channel grow and do crazy shit everytime!
