In todays video Shane and I skate some crusty spots to get a feel for the ‪@RictaWheels‬ Clouds! The clouds come in a few different models and are slightly softer than your average skateboard wheels to help push through rough ground while still being fully skateable! if you would like to check them out the link is below! Ricta clouds are life, holy smokes. Been riding (around my city) with those for the past 9 years and still having sessions. I'm glad they came out with smaller sizes!!

I used to ride Ricta wheels all the time, but have switched to Dragon wheels and love them for Toronto skating. They glide over rough pavement and make my sessions last much longer. I will definitely love to try these clouds once my Dragon wheels are done. Great video….keep the momentum going!

I use Ricta Clouds for my filming (cruiser) board and I like 'em a lot... but I couldn't imagine using them on my normal setup just because I do a lot of pivots/skurches and am so used to my wheels being able to "give" a little (as in harder wheels).

after i broke my ankle last year i tried the dragon formula when starting to skate ledges again, but they chipped away with every trick . i love the smooth ride on these kinds of wheels for shock absorbing, i'd love to try these ! not ready to give up skating ! trying to find a solution for a couple months now ! keep up the channel tom , doing great !

Get some shock pads. They're only 3/16"-1/8" depending on which ones you get. My old knees make them essential. It's not a huge difference, but they work.

Use the same wheels (52 mm) when I skate street. Love them for getting from spot to spot and they slide well on concrete ledges. Forgot to switch them out for the park one day and noticed they tend to stick on the metal coping more than concrete. Great wheel for the streets.

I just started using those and love them on rough spots I always used the slims 101 but I love the clouds now. I bought another set for my second setup

I got my first set of 78a Clouds in 56mm a couple years ago for riding around my college. They’re amazing! Over time I feel they got a little harder as I rode em, but they’re still pretty soft and ride mad smooth for being two years old riding on some fairly crusty ground. Really rad that Ricta has a 92a to blend a cruiser wheel into a street/park wheel, great review of it too! Loved this video!

I've been skating the dragons but I would love to give these a try. Softer wheels are definitely better for older skaters. I'm 40 and they really help the impact on my back.

Someone asked me about these a few years ago and I told them the same thing. I don’t find them as good for anything requiring a slide. But for riding without feeling like I’m riding a sluggish filmer wheel, these are great

I have Ricta Clouds on my side deck. Sometimes I pick my daughter up from school on my skateboard and bring her scooter so I am only on chunky sidewalks once I am with her and the clouds are pretty nice for that type of ride.

@@JimmyHandtrixx for me they are! When you have the software wheel, you can keep going down in the diameter, and still roll fast! 😀 * Or even if you go with the 56, just slide them around a bit and you'll be at 54 in no time , or less! 😁
