I also have this a bit. Did not have this when they where new. Think in my case, this is because my knee pads are getting a bit old (thye got tinner and way more flexible). Think I am gonna try to order a new set. Think this will solve the problem for me. You can maybe try to add some extra velcro (hooks) to the black part of the pads. So they have more gripping material.
