you’re okay, this sorta happened to me. i had a pink tear, it wasn’t fully blood, but i went to the hospital and they said from my bloody nose it was my sinuses. so if i closed my mouth and held a tissue up to my nose, blood with come out of my eye. don’t worry!

I’m pretty sure this was because she was having a nosebleed and since your nose connected to your eye, maybe the blood somehow traveled to her eye started coming out
