I know the is a remaster, but it’s impressive that a 13 year old game holds up so well. Not much needed to be updated, just some lighting, textures and better optimization. Core gameplay and aesthetics remain the same. Crytek was so ahead of it’s time.

I lost my job back in May because of covid and recently started a new one. Bought remastered with my first paycheck. I am loving it. I remember searching for mods on the internet to max out graphics years ago and while playing remastered I thought.. none of them came even close to what I am seeing now. I am so glad you guys made the remastered. Now give us Crysis 4!

Crysis 1 is still better than remastered. That is include multiplayer. This is looks like Crysis 2 Crysis-1 mod or Crysis 1 graphic update. I really expected Crysis remastered will have multiplayer like good old days. We wished to re-capturing prototype factory in Refinery, ambushing north koreans on mesa at NK tunnel... Crysis 1 was a revolution. Remastered is only a mod.

Some of the textures are really improved and some of them are the same. It's a fair remaster, but nothing groundbreaking like it was in 2007.

what i really like about this remaster is that speed mode lasts longer now and you are even faster in speed mode than the old crysis which feels better !

This really looks like a proper remaster with all the software and hardware based Raytracing, 8K textures, Dynamic lighting and more vivid colours. Hyped to play it!

Honestly, not the graphics I thought we'd get after watching that first teaser. Actually, tho, the "Can it run Crysis?" mode looks just like an excuse for bad optimization because it doesn't even deliver that great graphics but makes even a 3080 sweat.
