In the UK there's a Soap Couple similar to them. Sean Gleeson and Stirling Gallacher (whose Real Name is Deborah Ann). They worked together as Ron and Georganne aka George on The UK Soap Opera Doctors and won a British equivalent of a Daytime Emmy for Best Double Act. Stirling was recently on Coronation Street as Lawyer Paula Cunliffe.
