10-15 drops,, mine same size tank ane it works,, add the liquid on the next day of water change

It works with the carbon itself so no need to remove it,, Add 5-10 drops next day of water change or add when your Aquarium water looks cloudy. Bro caution : it may not suitable for some fishes so first try with 5 drops Mine was cichlids hardy fishes so no problem for me,, check yours and use it carefully

Probably Not because of this, use the tank light only at evening, avoiding keeping the tank in the sunlight places. to avoid Algae issue
