New Year’s is often thought of as a time for action, ending the year strong and pushing forward into the new year. While there is importance to this (looking back on the year, setting goals for the year ahead, etc.) I think it is just as important to maintain something we all here on relaxing ambient channels know and love; rest. So, rather than making my first video of the year something huge and detailed, I’ve decided to risk going against the grain and keep it simple and restful. May it serve as a reminder this year of the importance of rest in our lives. Remember to slow down, find peace and enjoy the quiet moments. Happy New Year!
