Thanks for sharing Danny. you were in my neck of the woods. next time try that Indian restaurant next to Ocean Buffett. Try the mullet fishing in Crystal River following the advise with the oats ingredient.
Denny the next time you go mullet fishing here is what you need to do. Get a bucket and mix some chicken feed with two handfuls of Quaker oats, two or three tablespoons of flour to hold it together. Add some water to make it sticky just enough to be pressed into a ball then throw a ball out ever so often. Use a small hook baited with small pieces of white bait. e.g. squid, pork fat, or even white plastic lures cut into very small squares.

Denny is a real International tourist I tell ya. One minute he is in the Guyana Interior, the next he is in Crystal river Florida. It is also my opinion that Florida is not so different from Guyana in terms of rivers and terrain. All Guyana need to become another Florida is more roads, bridges, fishing and crabbing piers because that is what made Florida the fresh and salt water fishing capital of the world and Guyana has that same natural wildlife fishing potential.
