Crystals For Sleeping | Fall asleep and STAY asleep! 

What are some of your favorite go to crystals for bedtime!? :)

Hi Courtney, I wanted to give you an update about my insomnia , and watching your video on crystals and sleeping. I went to the crystal store and purchased a few tiny crystals to put in my pillow. I purchased a Amazonite, a rose quartz, howliite, and angel aurora quartz, and a hematite…. They were small, but they were very powerful.. when I picked them up they were buzzing in my hand. I brought them home, cleansed them, used sage, and charged them on selenite. For two nights I have fallen asleep by 9:30 and have slept Through the night… this is so unusual for me, a deep sleep too. The howlite is maybe the size of my thumb, but WOW it packs a punch my hand vibrates as soon as I touch it.. love the color of the Amazonite it is just dreamy looking. I usually have to take a cbd gummy to sleep when I woke up this morning I realized I never took it.. when I set intentions I asked for good sleep, to fall asleep fast, and also for good health, I am suffering with a herniated disc right now, and have been in pain. I’m going this week for a cortisone shot, but the strange thing is I have had a lingering cough for a month and today my cough was completely gone… maybe a coincidence, but I will give my new little crystals the credit… so I love my new crystals I purchased. I also have put my raw amethyst in bed with me, and my blue calcite on my nightstand… I’m so excited that I’m sleeping, and wanted to thank you for this video, the. Idea really made me think to turn to crystals for insomnia “Thank you” ❤️

I use a black moonstone that works for dream work. After the third day of putting it under my pillow, my wife told me she was having vivid dreams and was waking up feeling exhausted like she'd been working all day. I use it sparingly now

Loved this! Some I'd never thought of for aiding sleep. Currently, I'm finding spirit quartz and black moonstone help me. I've also recently bought a mother root lemurian quartz and am sleeping with that too to try to keep it near me as much as possible

Thank you for this video! so helpful! I keep a crystal combo on my nightstand for good sleep/restful sleep & is significant in helping with nightmares or nightmares related to trauma/PTSD. Amethyst & Labradorite are fantastic for this! Happy dreaming!

I use amethyst too and also selenite and lepidolite. I'm getting a lepidolite howlite skull at the end of this month. I'm really looking forward to work with it at bedtime. Love this video, it has really useful information

I slept with my blue apatite palm stone last night on a whim without knowing it’s properties and I had the most lucid dream ever. You explained it spot on. 😅

Love all of these for sleep! I personally love lepidolite for restful sleep and celestite, especially using those two together. I’ve also used white scolecite and I love sleeping with a tumble of it under my pillow.

I’ve never slept with amazonite or blue apatite before 🤔 I’ll have to try them! I don’t have danburite in my collection 🧐 Thank you for the recommendations. ♥️ My personal favorites for sleep are howlite, selenite, lepidolite, amethyst, moonstone, and rose quartz.

Hey girl!!! All these are so soothing!! I actually got a nice piece of spirit quartz yesterday and I def love it!! I’m curious about howlite so I might wanna try working with it…. For some reason I associate howlite with a wolf lol 🤪

I placed my desert rose and sodalite under my pillow and I dream but do not remember what I dreamt, last night even though I didn’t remember the exact dream, I know who it was about, now I will place both under my bed with my rose and clear Quartz ( the ones under my pyramid grid and see if it enhances the outcome. ❤️so grateful for you.

Crystals that worked for me are a howlite bracelet paired with a lepidolite bracelet on my wrist. I also have two small pieces of selenite beneath and next to my pillow. Ever since I moved to a home next to a railroad, I started to have dream issues b/c whenever a train passes, I just get into a light sleep pattern that makes me dream very intensely. These crystals helped me to sleep a whole night without waking up or intense dreams :)

These are lovely, thank you so much for sharing your insight. My favorite crystals are my ones for sleeping. My all time faves for a peaceful sleep and dreamwork are white opal, selenite, rainbow moonstone, amethyst and my moldavite ring. I usually put one in a little pouch that I pin to my pillow and cover with my pillowcase to keep from losing it. I always keep a black tourmaline on my nightstand for protection. Most nights I sleep like a kitten on Christmas with vivid dreams that I mostly remember with decent clarity. When I’m having a hard time, I sleep with my ruby necklace on. I don’t think it’s supposed to have a calming effect on you, but it does for me for some reason so I roll with it.

Sleep apnea for crystals please advice

I have experimented sleeping with different crystals under my pillow. So far my favorite has been with spirit quartz because I have the craziest dreams but not they are not scary. I have a tiny, raw celestite that I put under my pillow twice now. Both times I woke up and it’s on the bedside table right next to me, not under the pillow. I don’t remember moving it in my sleep and none of my other crystals have I ever woken up to find them next to me on the table and not under the pillow. I’m curious if you’ve have anything happen like that and have you worked with celestite? Your videos are so informative! I really enjoy them. 💜

My sleeping crystals : Selenite, Rose Quartz, Howlite, Apophylite and Amethyst. I noticed Fire Quartz do interrupt my sleep, hence I kept it away and my sleep has been amazing til today.

Amethyst really helped me. I have a fist sized chunk I kept on my bedside table but I was still having trouble staying asleep through the night. I finally grabbed the amethyst and held onto it and finally drifted off to sleep. I guess it needed to be with me in order to help me sleep. I have a nice piece of pink Danburite and I think I will give that a try tonight and see how I sleep. Thank you for all the great tips on stones for sleep, it is much appreciated. 🛌💙

Nice, i struggled with 2 almost 3 nights of not sleeping. No pills would work, but i got a budia seed buddha beads and put it on my wrist. I fell alseep for 12 hours that same night. Its not a gem but i can't sleep with out it????? Not sure why but it works.

With Blue Apatite, how can it be if you go into deep sleep end up waking up feeling hit by a truck? Deep sleep is refreshing. So, should I avoid it if I want to wake up fresh?

As many crystals as I have around me at all times I haven’t tried sleeping with many. I have held my Lemurian while sleeping but ended up scratching my neck 😂 so I’ll have to try putting my blue apetite u set my pillow tonight see what’s up. I’ve wanted to get like a howlite one of these days tho.

One time I found a rock at the beach it was red white gray really pretty Rock nice and you know soft and it would give me the craziest freaking dreams ever so I was like nope I put it away and one night I had a crazy crazy dream and I was like I think that rock is around me and sure enough it was at my hip very random😮

Can I sleep with a crystal sliver ring on my fingers to help me fall asleep?

When I use crystals for sleep, I use howlite, amethyst, or lepidolite. I will either fall asleep with them in my hand or I put them in my bra! Definitely use tumbles or spheres for this haha. It’s not fun to roll over on a cube!
