Yes, I use the same specs 4:3 streched 1024x768 and almost everything on low@@Alex-os4pn

Inside the game i'm able to see with nvidia the usage of both CPU and GPU. Both use between 40-50 % of their performance. That's why I'm getting these fps. I don't know how to fix it. Drivers are updated. @@rtxgame
