CS2 won't die! It will not.
Hear me out on my reasoning, because counter strike 2, csgo, css, cs 1.6, all of Counter Strike is more than just a simple game. It is a community. Furthermore, it became so much bigger than just a simple adaptation from a half life mod.
There are Skins, Traders, Investors, gambler,
We have artists, analysts, map designers, coaches and of course a blooming e-sport scene and even if the movement becomes weird every new game this beautiful franchise published by Valve releases, it is still the measurement of every tactical shooter game, it is still by average the daily most played game on Steam, THE GAMER Platform.
We have ESEA, Faceit (now merging), 99DMG and so much more.
I just felt like putting all this out there, since there is so much negativity in the community right now, and I don't want to imagine how much it hurts for your favorite game to be so demolished. So don't take this as a hot take and more like a little heads up. CS wasn't always great and it won't always will be. It has its up and downs and because of that I am certain: there will be better times coming, once again.

Untypical kind of video for me! :) Who asked? Well, Recently there have been A LOT of videos popping on my recommended tab about "CS2 is dying" "Why CS2 won't succeed" and so on and even on my short I recently got insulted for supporting CS2 because "we need to boycott this game". I honestly think most veterans are already used to this, and such type of content is just picking on the newer players and scaring them off from the franchise. I mean, imagine you started CSGO 1 or 2 years ago, and they suddenly swapped to CS2. You will be disappointed (for a good reason) and might very well believe people telling you the game has no future. So I wanted to work a little bit against it and give my perspective as a long time addict. :) I'm down to discuss, so feel free to leave a comment down below!

Our fav game ain't going anywhere!! I'll keep on playing it even if i'm the last one doing so :)) Just let the cheaters enjoy feeding valve with information about their cheats n stuff lol, I mean yeah we'll probably have to wait a bit longer for some kind of anti cheat update or something, but I firmly believe Valve knows what they are doing, and as you said, they own the whole fkin Steam man, and they are on top of the gaming community for years, If you ask me, that's impressive and I don't think people who don't know what they are doing could manage to stay on top for such a long time :D But some people don't wanna be patient, they want instant results (I mean we all do xd), but that's not how stuff goes in life, just go do something else if you are REALLY THAT FRUSTRATED about the state the game is in right now.. But even if you take a break, you are bound to be back in the future :) And great vid as always g

So do I. :) I used to have Blood Pressure w Crimson Web M9 instead but I love how the Slaughter looks like a Ruby in bright light, So this is going to be my budget one until I make a good deal for an actual ruby one =)
