CSAO’s Santa Train, South Jersey Edition!! Featuring a Pennsylvania Railroad E8A And More!!

On December 16, 2023, Conrail Shared Assets ran a Santa Train from Fairhill, PA to Haddon Heights, NJ and back. This train was incredibly unique as they had Pennsylvania Railroad’s EMD E8A No. 5711 leading into Haddon Heights!! An EMD E8A leading a train in 2023 is something you almost never see, considering the 5711 was built in October of 1952 and still going today!!
We, along with almost 50 other buffs, will see this train at many spots along the way and at the event!!
