www.bracu.ac.bd/admissions You can apply for our university and as a foreign student, you have a high chance of getting a scholarship too.

No you wont be doing less labs in CS. You will do a lot of lab classes in CS, but you wont need to pay for that. On the other hand, CSE students will be paying for their labs as they use the electrical apparatus of the labs.

In CSE, you need the electrical equipments other than just computers in the labs. Thats why they charge you extra.

There are lots of major differences. But In CSE, there are some EEE courses, If you like circuits, logic gates, and other stuff, You can go with CSE, otherwise choose CS.

@@tahmidalislam Brac University has scholarship system, and for that you have to get good marks in each semester. I think it would be an option. Also For your abroad dream you can watch the other video of this playlist. I think that will help you to make decisions.

You may. You need to take permission from your DCO and Chairperson in the first place.
