Hi, Learn Skn. In question number 2 (1:42) publishing, billing, and printing reports are tasks carried out by printers, so I think that question should be D since cheques are scanned to display the digital copy on a computer or processing device. In question 4 (2:13) advantages of information processing should be D because even though (in my opinion) the work is carried out by automation in machines, humans still have to maintain these systems in the likely event of failure but face-to-face interaction wouldn't necessarily be mandatory in information processing, again it's my opinion, please give me feedback if I am wrong.

Tommorow IT exam so I'm trying to get some additional information in my head👌

Terrible video reader already had the answers the there so many students like myself couldn't try and figure out which on was right. Also no explanation for many of the questions.
