I personally believe that pays for government officers should be raise by good heavy amount to encourage more and more young bright students who are leaving the country. Right now government pays are not at all part with private sector or good living standards
css exams and interviews conducted has a gap of one year,, if a person gives exam at 30 or declared pass after result which is declared in 6 months than turns 31 . wht age would he/she be counted. either test or interview age?
