Hoods Mills rd is a unique place. At the top by Rt.97 There are large houses with several arces.Towards the middle that are medmumn size houses with a couple of acres. Towards the bottom by the RR. tracks there are single flamy homes with an 1 arce or so of land . The Hood MIlls road is 2 lanes but appeares to norrow. It is still 2 lanes, but appears like a driveway. Anyway the house are right up to the road. You have DirecTV dishes and probably well water. It fact you can see the garbage can in the video. There are cars parked on the side, right up against the rr. tracks. By the Ole mill there used to 2 tracks, The 2nd track was removed in the 1950's. In the day there was passenger service along the tracks. It probably is a nice rural area to live. You can cross the publc rr crossing to the rive and enjoy the allure of the train at diner time.
