I worked in TCS for a year and after resignation, the HR helped and guided me to in such a manner that every part of my income should be recovered once you leave the office. So I can say that my HR is supportive.
Sir at the time of joining bonus is included in my ctc. I have taken my maternity benefits from the esic act from sept2020 to march 2021, so can i eligible for the bonus for all 12 months or only 6 months after maternity period from my employer plz confirm

Sir company is not paying incentives as i have completed all the norms which us written. Now they send me notice regarding unethical job done by me as i have done nothing like that and followed all the rules made by them.

Not all HR are same..HR has to see both side if the problem is from employees side or employers side and based on evidence they move forward...it will all depend on person to person how HR is doing his job... So instead of supporting such statements educate them...

Sir Sandeep here I am working at HBA international pvt ltd(India) Which is MNC from USA. Location at Delhi. There have no any HR department, Is it legal? Because I thought without hr department how can you run a MNC company, Overall my concern is that on increment time there is no any meeting about that. They increase salary without discussion with employee’s. I want to case a file. Where I can put my voice??? Please reply asap
