Yup, and unfortunately, there is a huge market for Cuban Cigars, the Asian market consuming 80% of all Cuban Cigars. Habanos will continue to do increases imo.. they are trying to set one world pricing.
Mexico is very Expensive to buy Cuban Cigars and all the stores sell fake so be careful. My personally, I wouldn’t recommend buying more than what you plan on smoking.
Unfortunately, it's hard to say because all the Chinese are buying everything, but during the festival, there is a lot of cigar smokers here. Furthermore, Cuba is having huge problems, power outages, supply, and shortages, and the last hurricane really messed up the fields. They are not making as many cigars, so production is low
@888cigars don't want to sound racist but they're buying up all the realestate in canada and other valuables and screwing up everything for the regular folks. I'm starting to think if this covid thing was pre-planned 🙄 love your videos though and thank you for all the valuable info you put out! I'm new to the cigar game and hoping to bring back some high-end cohiba and other cuban brands from cuba for my collection. I learned a lot from you. Thanks once again!
@jassibrar8418 ya there is over a Billion Chinese never mind Asia people, hey when I was in middle school 25 years ago the population was under 4 billion people now we are over 8 Billion people
Agree to disagree. Cigars in Cuba are low quality but store like Hunters & Frankau get first pick and quality of these stores are first priority to Habanos Meaning that if you buy cigars from LCBH in Cuba they put whatever on the shelf but top priority shops get boxes of great quality. It’s sad but true
Habanos has done many increases, also the production number are lower, so they are putting out less cigars. Raising the prices help with the short fall.
No. You can't legally. You can try to smuggle them in and hope they don't find them in customs, but that's a risk. You can blame Trump for this. Obama opened up Cuba some and allowed people to bring them in for personal use up to 100 cigars. Trump got into office and shut the door again to please the Cubans in Miami. Biden hasn't opened it up because of the election. Oh well. Not sure who would crack the door open again but there we are.
